Places and people that bring shame to Mallorca..

1st entry of which we hope will be a short list , is held by the Fat guy who owns and runs the bar on the seafront promenade over looking the beach !!!

S`ENFRONT DE LA MAR ..Porto Cristo seafront ..

The owner nicknamed Fat F*** for obvious once met reasons ,did in september of 2010 make a rather serious judgement error !! On a recent fly back to the UK we set off early and as it was such a lovely afternoon we decided to have one last drink on the seafront ,prior to the trip back..

We ordered 2 coffees which would normally come to some 3 euros or so for the 2 . Now arrives the bill . 6 Euros !!!  I didnt say much as i could see by the Big Swindling grin and the even bigger swollen stomach ,that he assumed i am indeed a tourist and obviously to the greedy Fat stitch up man "Fair Game"  ..  So now what do we deduce from this ?

He made the price to suit feeling so pleased he had indeed stolen an additional 3 Euros from what he thought was a couple of stupid British Holidaymakers !!! who i guess he figured will maybe be going home to never come back again !!!!

BIG MISTAKE !!!  Its the first and ONLY Time i have ever been deliberately stitched and this Man is a disgrace to Mallorca.. Do NOT stop there as this kind of business should be stopped as soon as possible...

Now the story gets even better as i had kind of let the matter slip , BUT !!!  i was strolling along the promenade and decided to stop and grab a cold drink and watch a few of the boats come in and out the Marina ..  Firstly i asked Fat F*** how much 1 coke was gonna cost ( Once bitten never caught again theory ) price was ok normal for the bars along there , so i ordered and sat myself down to enjoy the view, fairly content and happy , i am sat there probably around 15 minutes and Fat F*** comes over and points at his watch and signalling me to leave !!!!

I said whats your problem as the place was empty ? he just pulled that ugly smarmy fat grin of his and pointed at his watch and signalled as if i had spent to long to drink my drink !!!  How rude i think i told him so as well in several choice words , NEVER In my life have i been told how quick to drink my drink !  Have you ??

So now this was the final straw on my book Rip you off by increasing charges to suit and then giving you 5 minutes to drink your drink ??

So do yourselves a favour and avoid this place above as best you can and Mallorca Council get that greedy rude man shut down for Mallorcans sake !!  Any Tourist meets him they will never want to come back to Mallorca ...
